Texas Gas Association Cancellation Policy 2009
Classes / Workshops:
Cancellations received 5 days or more prior to the class date are eligible to receive a refund less a $5.00 processing fee or have the full dollar value kept as a credit on the TGA account to be used by the end of the calendar year. Cancellations received less than 5 days before the event day are not refundable.
Substitute Attendees will be accepted for the class.
Board Meetings:
Golf:
Cancellations received 11 days or more prior to the Golf Outing date are eligible to receive a refund less a $10.00 processing fee or have the full amount as a credit on the TGA account to be used by the end of the calendar year. Cancellation received less than 11 days are not refundable.
Dinner:
Cancellations received 5 days or more prior to the Dinner Outing date are eligible to receive a refund less a $10.00 processing fee or have the full amount as a credit on the TGA account to be used by the end of the calendar year. Cancellations received less than 5 days are not refundable.
Substitute Attendees will be accepted for all events.
Operations & Management Conference / Annual Meeting:
Cancellation for TGA Conference must be in writing.
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the Conference start date are eligible to receive a refund of the conference and special event amounts less a $50.00 processing fee or have the full Conference and event dollar amount as a credit on the TGA account to be used by the end of the calendar year.
Cancellations received less than 16-30 days from the start of the conference will be applied as a credit to the TGA account to be used by the end of the calendar year.
Cancellations received less than 15 days from the start of the conference will not be refunded (Refunds and credits for special events: golf, tours, fishing, clay shooting, etc will not be issued).
Substitute Attendees will be accepted for all events.

Cancellations 16-29 days prior to conference: Full credit to TGA account, expiring by year end.
